- 2 Cup Cornflakes (Dried)
- 2 cups Puffed Rice
- 2 Cup Poha (Dried)
- ½ Cup Peanuts
- ½ cup Roasted Black Gram/ chane.
- 1/3 Cup Cashew
- 1 /2 cup Raisins
- ½ cup Almonds
- 8-10 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- ½ Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp dry Mango powder
- 1/3 Teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt As Per Taste
- 3-4 Tablespoon Oil
- Take a pan or kadhai, heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan .
- Add Peanuts and cashew, almonds in the oil and fry them for 5 minutes till they turn golden brown.
- Add 8-10 curry leaves and fry them for 10 seconds. Don’t Over fry curry leaves.
- Now add dried cornflakes and dried poha, puffed rice and roasted chana to the pan and roast them for 5 minutes. Don’t Cover the Lid of the pan. It will add moisture to your mixture.
- Add ½ teaspoon red chili powder, 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder, mango powder, asafoetida andsalt as per taste.
- Mix well all the ingredients well and again roast all the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and remove mixture in a bowl and let the mixture get cool down.
Store your diet mixture in a covered jar and enjoy your diet mixture with tea and juices.
